Key Responsibilities:
Develop wireframes and storyboards to effectively communicate product features and user flows to stakeholders and development teams.
Manage product stories, ensuring they are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with the roadmap.
Communicate with stakeholders to understand their pain points and gather feedback to improve the product.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare application data, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and readily available for development and testing purposes.
Run tests to validate product functionality, identify issues, and ensure a high-quality user experience.
Organize and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions, gathering feedback and working with the development team to address any issues.
Develop and deliver training materials to educate users on product features and best practices.
Provide ongoing support for users, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Analyze product metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern to optimize the product and user experience.
Requirement:
2-4 years of experience in roles such as Product Manager, Project Manager, or Business Analyst.
Eagerness to understand operations across teams, assisting them in digitizing their business processes.
Solid understanding of web application development and cloud technologies.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Interest in participating in architectural decisions, comprehending technical limitations, and exploring how different technologies interact.
Ability to think creatively and explore innovative solutions, challenging the status quo.
Comfortable querying databases, executing simple API calls, and performing data analysis in Excel.
Familiarity with Agile methodology.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
Experience with data analytics tools like Power BI and product analytics tools such as Mixpanel
