We are looking for an Instrument Technician Trainee to assist operating and carrying maintenance of the Facility's marine and process instrumentation systems, associated equipment and utilities safely.
Responsibilities will be:
- Assist performing gas test and applying isolations as per the PTW and safe entry permits specific to the process systems
- Assist maintaining vessels instrumented equipment within all applicable codes, regulations and standards
- Assist maintaining rating of all electrical hazardous area equipment
- Support contractor's activities onboard and ensure work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner
- Assist executing planned preventive and corrective maintenance routines
- Assist preparing daily activities report and refer to his/her Supervisor
Position requirements are:
- English
- Bachelor degree minimum in Instrumentation/Automation or similar
- Former similar experience in O&G industry will be an advantage
