Role Purpose

To coordinate, expedite, audit, and facilitate the management of project changes and commercial claims (inbound and outbound) through all phases of execution ensuring action from stakeholders are taken in a timely manner, impacts of changes are identified, assessed and approved by relevant parties.

Key Accountabilities

Following corporate and project standardsEnsure changes and their impacts (including cost, schedule, risk, and quality) are properly assessed and approved before execution.
Administer claims management toolsEstablish the claims management tool as single source of truth for claims management.
Facilitate claims and management of change review meetingsProtect required governance to minimize risks to project HSE, gross margin and schedule.
Communicate with Project Management TeamFulfill project objectives on cost, schedule, and quality.
Communicate to Project Controls Management team regularlyCapture the potential and actual impacts on cost and schedule forecasts as well as project risk register
Consolidate and disseminate project lessons learntDrive the continuous improvement of project proposal and execution.
Drive and ensure relations with peers, leaders & all stakeholdersCertify that tasks are conducted in diligent, compliant, and transparent manner, driving lowest total cost of ownership through the project lifecycle (proposal, EPCCI, operations and decommissioning).

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Competencies

Technical:

- Requires significant EPCI project experience communicating and liaising with different stakeholders including external and internal clients, management, and peers.
- Requires outstanding commercial acumen and understanding of management of change and claims management processes
