1. 1. Overall Job Purpose

1.1 Responsible to support receipt/dispatch and verification of material in order to maximize quality of warehouse operations and mitigate losses, and to support the best storage management practices in compliance with MODEC warehouse guidelines and standards.

  1. 2. Core Responsibilities

2.1 Assist in monitoring material transported and delivered for timeliness and legality

2.2 Assist in loading/unloading, sorting, and stocking, and packaging material and orders

2.3 Support for the review, verification, and reconciliation of shipping documents (inbound and outbound)

2.4 Assist in receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered, according to the order.

2.5 Contribute to the optimization of expenses (budget), through high performance.

2.6 Have knowledge and perform the respective tasks of the department according to the processes described in the IMS, communicating your management about divergence of practice x theory for necessary adjustments.

2.7 To be aligned with Company Objectives, Policies, Procedures and integration with Clients, Community, Suppliers and MOSEN respective Team.

3.1 HSSE: Act in compliance with the corporate HSSEQ Management System Policy, the MODEC Life Saving Rules, and the policies, guides, process standards and work instructions available in the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Act to promote the preservation of the environment, the health and occupational safety (personnel and their team), the safety of processes, and the preservation of assets in their scale of responsibility.

7.1 Educational Qualification:

High School Diploma

7.2 Certifications:

N/A

7.3 Trainings:

Complies with the Training Matrix and Regulatory and Required by Modec Training Management Procedure, available in the Integrated Management System (IMS).

7.4 Relevant Experience:

Minimum 1,5 year of experience as Material Logistics Assistant;

Practical knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations; customer service background is also valuable. It is also useful to have good understanding or experience of managing drivers and warehouse employees
