We are seeking an Onshore medical supervisor to coordinate offshore doctors, manage onsite occupational health care, support wellness programs, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical evaluations.
- Manage medical records and reports in compliance with regulations.
- Implement health, vaccination, and prevention campaigns.
- Coordinate transfers and referrals to hospitals when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
- Maintain inventory and control of first-aid kits, medications, and medical equipment.
Requirements
- Medical Doctor degree and professional license (mandatory).
- Over 6 years of experience in occupational health, offshore, or onsite onshore environments.
- Current BLS/ACLS certifications (preferred).
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., applicable NOMs).
- Emergency management, triage, and stabilization skills.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the energy, oil & gas/offshore, manufacturing, or construction industries.
- Advanced English required.
