Responsibilities:

  • Key in Safety data in MIMS e.g. CARE Card (via MS Forms), audit reports, CAPAs, etc.
  • Must be keen to details and ensure the accuracy of data submitted.
  • Must be internet savvy and preferably has knowledge of how online database works
  • Must be able to assist in reporting which includes, charting, power BI dashboard creation and maintain.
  • Assist in inspection, audits, and other site related HSSE support that required.
  • Manage employee request, issuance and return of Personal Protective Equipment using the online form.
  • Must be able to allocate and control the limited PPE stock against requests received.
  • Monitor the stock and inventory of PPE.
  • Preferably knowledgeable in MS Forms and MS Power Automate
  • Responsible for Department's minutes of meeting. - Update and maintain department headcount list including project assignments and work locations.
  • Organize department activities e.g. team building event, project incentive items distribution, etc.
  • Raise Purchase Request in SAP for Site HSSE team. -
  • Maintain Department budget report.
  • Maintain Site HSSE Shared Folders ensuring data’s are up to date

Requirements:

  • HSE administrative experience of 3-5 years.
  • Minimally a diploma holder in any discipline, preferably HSSE.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Offices.
  • Proactive and a team player.
