We are looking for an experienced and committed Payroll & Benefits Analyst who will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

•Process and manage payroll by verifying employee data (admissions, transfers, terminations), ensuring timely system updates, and coordinating with the payroll provider.

•Oversee timekeeping systems, including electronic timecard management, record adjustments, and employee training.

•Maintain accurate HR records in local and global systems through regular audits and data consistency checks.

•Support onboarding by guiding new hires through induction, ensuring proper documentation and system access.

•Contribute to compensation planning by reviewing employee movement requests and ensuring alignment with job and salary policies.

•Support compensation and benefits programs through salary survey participation, table updates, and program development.

•Assist in budgeting and benefits by providing compensation data and supporting employee engagement and benefits initiatives.

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting is expected.

•Previous experience in Personnel Administration or Compensation and Benefits is expected.

•Advanced Microsoft Office package knowledge is required.
