1 Overall Job Purpose

1.1 Responsible for register and maintain the materials data base to support the execution of complex material logistic operations with the focus of creating a competitive, transparent, and sustainable business environment, aiming to achieve corporate goals.

2 Core Responsibilities

2.1 Support logistic processes of materials purchase and receiving through the registration, categorization and coding of new materials, as well as the management of the existing materials data base in the corporate integrated management system, assuring identification and sustainable solving of gaps and inefficiencies on this process through the close interaction with internal clients.

2.2 Define material stock creation policy and control material request workflow via SAP.

2.3 MOSEN focal point for all stock materials creation and synergy between Klassmatt and SAP.

2.4 Control stock materials reservation, consumption and stock level min/max audit improving the system setup.

2.5 Supports Leadership on the projects, process, and tasks supervision, aiming optimization of operational efficiency, minimization of risks and reduction of costs.

2.6 Improve accuracy of the materials register and materials data base maintenance processes by following proper policies and routines for each Material Logistics process steps.

2.7 Ensure expected levels of individual performance and overall transparence of the respective Materials Master Data Team.

2.8 Collaborate to implement continuous improvement routines and mindset on respective Materials Master Data Team aiming the processes efficiency enhancement, cost reductions and resources optimization on attending regular and extraordinary demands.

2.9 Have knowledge and perform the respective tasks of the department according to the processes described in the IMS, communicating your management about divergence of practice x theory for necessary adjustments.

2.10 To be aligned with Company Objectives, Policies, Procedures and integration with Clients, Community, Suppliers and MOSEN respective Team.

3 HSSE Requirements and Code of Conduct

3.1 HSSE: Act in compliance with the corporate HSSEQ Management System Policy, the MODEC Life Saving Rules, and the policies, guides, process standards and work instructions available in the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Act to promote the preservation of the environment, the health and occupational safety (personnel and their team), the safety of processes, and the preservation of assets in their scale of responsibility.

3.2 Ethics and Compliance: In compliance with the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, as well as with MODEC Group Ethics and Compliance Policies and Local Procedures, their respective forms, online and live mandatory trainings: is committed to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and obligations and act in accordance with the highest ethical standards and with MODEC values.

3.3 Emergency Plan: As per indication on the Training Matrix, Emergency Management Guide and Offshore Emergency Management, available in the Integrated Management System (IMS).

6.1 Assist in maintaining safeguards against all identified risks in supply department storerooms and spaces.

7 Qualifications & Experience

7.1 Educational Qualification:

Minimum BAC+2 or equivalent work experience. Technical or Engineering background helpful.

7.2 Certifications:

N/A

7.3 Trainings:

Complies with the Training Matrix and Regulatory and Required by Modec Training Management Procedure, available in the Integrated Management System (IMS).

7.4 Relevant Experience:

Minimum of 03 years of professional experience on materials data base management activities in large scale oil and gas or transformation industries preferable.

Computer skills including spreadsheet, word-processing, project/schedule software, and electronic purchasing system (SAP) experience.
