1.1 Responsible for the execution of the Business and Project Management processes, such as: Strategic Management, Goals Cascading, Performance Management, Project Management, Process and Routine Management for MOSEN.

2 Principal Responsabilities / Core Responsibilities

2.1 Support on the implementation of the Strategic Management with the analysis of the internal and external strengths and weaknesses and definition of the strategic goals.

2.2 Support with the implementation of the Performance Management thru the definition and cascading of the strategic goals for each Support department and Operational Unit.

2.3 Contribute with the execution of the Strategic and Performance Management thru the consolidation and monitoring of the KPIs/results and planning/execution of the results monitoring meetings (Strategic, Support Departments and Operational Units).

2.4 Contribute with the implementation and monitoring of the Project Management thru the preparations of the Corporate Project Reports, follow up of the Projects Results and training of the Project Managers on the methodology regarding Cost, Quality, Scope, Time, Communications, Risk, HR, Stakeholders, Acquisition and Integration, following PMI’s best practices;

2.6 Contribute with the Routine and Process Management thru the mapping, development, optimization and periodic revision of the Management System documents, such as: policies, manuals, guides, process standards, procedures and work instructions, as well as the definition and monitoring of the process indicators and results and act on deviations.

3 Work Relationships

3.1 Reports directly to: Business and Project Management Supervisor.

4 Job Challenges and Problem Solving

4.1 Implement with quality and on deadline the Management solutions, such as: Strategic Management, Performance Management, Project Management and Routine/Process Management, dealing with the internal resistances and eliminating possible obstacles inside the company.

4.2 Generate relevant deviation analysis and definition of countermeasures by gathering and analyzing processes databases and by having technical discussion with internal clients.

4.3 Implement Management solutions thru the dissemination of the problem resolution method, understanding the necessities of internal clients and proposing the best solution for each case.

5 Qualifications & Experience

5.1 Educational Qualification:

Engineering, Administration, Economics, Accounting and/or IT Bachelor’s Degrees is mandatory. Masters, MBA or Post Graduation in Business Management, Project Management, Administration, Finance and/or Process Management is a plus.

5.2 Certifications:

Six Sigma Green belt is a plus / PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus

CBPP (Certified Business Process Professional) is a plus

5.3 Trainings: Complies with the Training Matrix and Regulatory and Required by Modec Training and Competency Guide (5600-MS60-HRGD-0105).

5.4 Relevant Experience:

1 year (Junior), 2 years (Full), 3 years (Senior) of previous experience on Business, Quality and/or Process Management is mandatory.

1 year (Full) / 2 years (Senior) of previous experience on Project Management is expected.

5.5 Key Behaviors:
