Responsible for managing and analyzing HSSE statistics, creating and monitoring safety agendas, and following up on deadlines as instructed. Responsibilities include creating presentations, consolidating data, and creating and reviewing reports and procedures. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, collaborating effectively with team members. |

Analyze HSSE statistics: Collect and interpret data to understand safety performance and identify trends. |

Consolidate data: Compile and organize safety data from various sources for comprehensive analysis. |

Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed and organized records of safety statistics, reports, and procedures. |

Provide reliable reports and relevant analyses on demand. |

Create presentations and new letters: Develop visually engaging presentations to communicate HSSE data and insights as well develop news-letters proposal. |

Create and review reports and procedures: Draft and evaluate safety reports and standard procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance. |

Procedures liaison and interface with IMS team. |

Follow up on deadlines as instructed, supporting to ensure all assigned tasks and safety initiatives are completed on time. |

Support the creation of data visualization tools and dashboards, ensuring they are built on robust and reliable structures within MODEC’s data platform. |

Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used in generated reports. |

Collaborate effectively with team members: Work closely with colleagues to promote a culture of safety and share best practices. |

Report findings to HSSE Director: Communicate analysis results and safety insights to MODEC HSSE Top management. |

Carry out ad hoc tasks related to HSSE initiatives assigned by their Team Lead. |
Bachelor’s degree of Engineering, Safety Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent is expected.
Microsoft PL-300 Exam (Power BI Data Analyst Associate) is a competitive edge, or equivalent certification.
