We are looking for a motivated and reliable Mobility Analyst to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

•Assisting in ensuring that expatriate employees have valid work permits and visas by managing the issuance and renewal of visas and passports, monitoring ongoing requests, and updating control worksheets to track progress.

•Contributing to the annual budget planning (expenses and investments) of the department, providing the necessary information on immigration costs.

•Developing appropriate documentation procedures on expatriation policies and create and review policies and processes to make them more efficient, whenever necessary or when requested by management.

•Assisting in ensuring that the working conditions of local employees on temporary transfers abroad are in compliance with the company’s global expatriation policies, supporting the drafting of the contract that supports their work activities abroad.

•Supporting doubts and provide instruction to other departments regarding the processes of travel incentives, relocation grants, per diem and other mobilization benefits.

•Ensuring the management of benefits of expatriates, such as managing the issuance of international travel insurance vouchers and issuing the necessary reports for health insurance control.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree of Administration, Foreign Trade, Tourism, or International Relations is expected.

•Previous experience in Immigration and Personnel Administration or international mobility is a competitive edge.

•Previous experience in Oil & Gas area is a competitive edge

•Intermediate Microsoft Office package knowledge is required.
