Responsibilities:

  • Assists in coordinating training and courses: invitations, attendance lists, logistics (rooms, materials), and follow-up on evaluations.
  • Keeps the course matrix up to date and helps gather training needs from the departments.
  • Provides first-level support to employees and managers on benefits eligibility and course registrations.
  • Supports benefits administration: information updates and communication to employees.
  • Follow up on development plans and performance improvement, competencies, and skills.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience in training and benefits.
  • Advanced English.
  • Negotiation, organization, attention to detail, proactivity and vendor management skills.
