  • Drives Lessons Learned process
  • Works with Execution Focal Point & Execution Lead to monitor and track Offshore readiness
  • In Conjunction with Ops Focal Point – Coordinates and Manages Leak Test & Flange Break Vendor
  • In Conjunction with Commissioning & Handover Lead – Develops handover tracker
  • Chair progress meetings
  • Coordinate SIMOPS & risk reviews
  • Manages the scope growth process.
  • Gathers man-hours. trades durations (resource plans for Activities held on SDAR)
  • Works with Shutdown planner - Prepares Project Plan for integration into P6 / IAPS
  • Responsible for mobilistion of third party / vendor personnel and associated equipment, Pre and During Shutdown
  • Prepares budget estimates, tracks and raises Purchase orders for the Shutdown
  • Administers material tracking and bagging and tagging of material
  • Ensures Scaffold register in Place
  • Ensures all LOLER Register in place
  • Ensure all Insulation removal / replacement is captured and visible in plan
  • Travels offshore as required


3. During Shutdown - Key Responsibilities

  • Primarily Provides Onshore Support
  • Managing the scope growth (SSR) process
  • Responsible for mobilistion of third party / vendor personnel and associated equipment
  • Travels offshore as required
  • Ensure key lessons learnt during the Shutdown are captured for the post–Shutdown review.
