The Operations Coordinator combines strategic budgeting, operational coordination, and reliability leadership to maximize FPSO performance, availability, and safety.
The role:
- Develops and coordinates annual budget requirements while supervising activities for the maintenance, repair, and modification of equipment to enhance operational performance and asset availability.
- Coordinates the onshore operations department, emphasizing continuous monitoring of process behaviors, safety barriers, and equipment performance to predict potential failures and maximize asset reliability and safety.
- Integrates maintenance planning with real-time operational insights to ensure proactive decision-making, optimized resource allocation, and sustainable FPSO operational excellence.
- Proven expertise in technical/operational support to FPSO systems (e.g., hydrocarbon, produced water, SW treatment, gas compression systems); Supports Contractor/Vendor Performance Management; Leads annual shutdown planning incorporating regulatory inspections, class surveys, and major equipment overhauls; Drives key performance indicators (KPIs) tracking operating efficiency vs. plan, maintenance backlog trends, insights and reporting.
Work Location can be in CDMX or Villahermosa, Tabasco.
