Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of the PTW office container, preparation of padlocks and LOTO tags.
• Assist in ensuring that isolations at site and all required documents which are stated on the permit are in place prior to issuance of permit.
• Assist in maintaining, updating and archiving of training records, assessment results and PTW/LOTO/LUN documents.
• Assist in configuration of e-PTW.
• Attends the daily VSCC meeting. Ensures that ongoing commissioning activities are informed to VSCC chairman and daily commissioning permits records are updated at the VSCC meeting room.
• Ensure Daily endorsement of required Yard permits.
• Carry out site audit to ensure PTW system procedures are adhered.
• Participation in HSE walk-about as required.
• Administer the Permit to Work office
• Assist in the training of e-PTW system to site team.
• Assist in managing and maintaining of LOTO padlocks and keys in the keys cabinets and Lock Out Boxes (LOB).
• Assist in preparation of daily PTW & related reports.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical Preferred) or any relevant trade certificate.
• Should be able to communicate in English written & spoken.
• Should have minimum relevant PTW experience of more than 3 FPSO / FSO projects.
• Familiar with LV / HV system & the risks involved.
• Familiar with SLD, Schematic, block diagram, Interconnection, layout drawings etc.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team with strong troubleshooting skill.
• Keep good communication and reporting to supervisors on day to day activities.

HSE Requirements:

• Shall comply with company / yard safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Familiar with Permit –To-Work system and Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures.
• Ensure that commissioning testing activities are conducted safely and complies with the site PTW and safety regulations and procedures.
• Preparation of RA and participation in RA meetings as required.
